IMPORTANT, when posting problems / bugs in combination with 3rd party software:

  • Please read the documentation, especially system requirements, architecture and configuration.
     
  • Please make sure your 3rd party telephony software is working and signalling incoming calls correctly, regardless of FoneConnector. Please keep in mind that we don't support the configuration and use of 3rd party software it. Please make also sure that you are using our tested versions of 3rd party software in combination with FoneConnector.
     
  • If you post problems in combination with 3rd party software, please include your Daylite version, FoneConnector version, name and exakt version of the 3rd party software.
     
  • Please read the forums for already available solutions.
